Ingredients:
- 70% chocolate chips or chocolate bar
- 1 pomegranate, arils gently removed
Instructions:
Melt chocolate in a glass microwave-safe bowl at high in bursts. Stir every once in awhile to help them melt evenly.
When soft and stirrable, add pomegranate arils. Mix well. With a spoon, drop in dollops on to a small baking sheet/plate. Refrigerate until hardened. Enjoy!
